Welcome to Easy Wash and Fold (“Easy Wash and Fold”).  This is our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), which we have created to inform you of the types of information that we collect from you. We have also created this Privacy Policy to inform you of how we use that information because we believe in transparency and value your privacy.

We may change or discontinue this Privacy Policy at any time, and we reserve the right to do so.  If we change this Privacy Policy, we will also change the Effective Date, which is located at the top of this page.  If you continue to use the App after we change the Effective Date, you agree to our change to the Privacy Policy.

Advertising, Analytics and Tracking Technologies

Easy Wash and Fold works with advertising and analytics partners, such as Google, Microsoft and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to understand how visitors use our website, to advertise our services, and to measure how well our advertising works. This section explains what these tools do and the choices you have.

Cookies, tags and pixels

Our website uses cookies and small pieces of code, called tags or pixels, from these partners. We may use a tag manager, such as Google Tag Manager, to load them. They may collect information such as the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click, the website that referred you, your device and browser type, your IP address and your general location. Our partners may combine this with information they already have, for example if you are signed in to one of their services.

Analytics

We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors find and use our website so we can improve it. Some of these tools record how visitors move through a page, such as mouse movements, clicks and scrolling, to show where a page is confusing or not working. These tools are set up to hide what you type into forms, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.

Advertising

We advertise on services such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This may include:

• Remarketing. Showing our ads to people who have visited our website before, on search results, other websites, apps and social media.
• Conversion tracking. Measuring which ads lead people to take an action on our website, such as creating an account, placing an order, requesting a quote or calling us.
• Call tracking and recording. When you call us from an ad, or after visiting our website from an ad, your call may go through a forwarding number provided by our advertising partner. Calls are connected to us as normal. These calls may be recorded, and you will hear a message at the start of the call when they are. Our advertising partner may use automated tools to analyze the recording, for example to tell whether the call was a request for our services. The partner shares details such as the time and length of the call, the caller's area code and a summary of the call with us, so we can tell which ads lead to calls.
• Information you enter in forms. When you submit a form on our website, such as creating an account or requesting a quote, we may share your email address and phone number with our advertising partners to measure the results of our ads. This information is scrambled using a one-way process called hashing before it is sent.
• Customer lists. If you are our customer, we may share your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code with our advertising partners in hashed form, so they can show you relevant ads, avoid showing you ads for services you already use, or reach people similar to our customers. Partners match this information to their existing accounts and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

We do not sell your information for money. Sharing information with advertising partners for the purposes above may be considered "selling" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws, and you can opt out as described below.

Your choices

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of our website may not work as intended if you do.
• Opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
• Manage your ad settings with each partner: Google My Ad Center, Microsoft ad settings and Meta ad preferences.
• Stop Google Analytics from collecting your information with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Ask us to stop using your information for advertising, or to remove you from our customer lists, by emailing service@easywashandfold.com.

Our partners handle the information they collect according to their own privacy policies, including Google's, Microsoft's and Meta's.

What do you collect from me?

We may collect the following personal information from you:

1. Any information that you voluntarily submit to the App;
2. Your user name, name, email address, phone number, state, city, country, or zip code; and
3. Your payment information, which is used to complete a transaction.

We may also collect the following personally identifiable information from you:

1. Your IP address;
2. Your geolocation;
3. Your use of the App;
4. Information stored in cookies, pixel tags, or web beacons; and
5. Any other additional analytics data that you voluntarily submit to the App.

How do you use this information?

We use this personal and personally identifiable information to:

1. Provide you with the App and its services;
2. To communicate with you;
3. To troubleshoot problems with the App;
4. To complete a transaction that you have initiated;
5. To update you on changes to the App; and
6. To update you on our services or the services of third parties.

How do you store this information?

EASY WASH AND FOLD stores and processes your personal and personally identifiable information on computers located within the United States.  By using the App, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal and personally identifiable information in the United States and hereby expressly waive any rights that you may have under the EU Data Protection Directive.

We use commercially standard technology to help protect against the unauthorized disclosure of your personal and personally identifiable information, including encryption.  Though we do our best to protect your personal and personally identifiable information, you provide all such information at your own risk.

Do you share my information with third parties?

EASY WASH AND FOLD will only share your personal or personally identifiable information with third parties in the following situations:

1. Where EASY WASH AND FOLD or one of its Licensees has obtained your consent;
2. Where it is necessary to provide you with services initiated at your request;
3. Where it is necessary to share such information with EASY WASH AND FOLD'S parents, subsidiaries, successors, Licensees, and assigns;
4. Where EASY WASH AND FOLD has been purchased by or has purchased a third party;
5. Where it is needed to respond to information requests by government authorities;
6. Where it is demanded by a court order or subpoena;
7. Where it is needed to protect the employees, independent contractors, users, members, officers, directors, or shareholders of EASY WASH AND FOLD; and
8. Where it is needed to help prevent against fraud or the violation of any applicable law, statute, regulation, ordinance, or treaty.

Any personal or personally identifiable information that you include within your App profile or elsewhere on the App or related websites may also be displayed to third parties.  You are advised to review that information before you submit it to the App.

What can I do to stop the collection of my personal or personally identifiable information?

You can cease EASY WASH AND FOLD'S collection of your personal and personally identifiable information by taking the following steps:

1. By adjusting your web browser settings to block or limit cookies, pixel tags, and web beacons; or
2. By deleting your Account in accordance with the Terms of Use Agreement.

What are my duties when using the App?

You have the duty to:

1. Inform EASY WASH AND FOLD or its Licensees of any changes to your personal or personally identifiable information; and
2. Protect the security of your username, password, and personal or personally identifiable information.
